Abbey House Museum is a fun, family-friendly and interactive museum. Step back in time and wander through the enchanting streets, shops and houses to experience life as a Victorian in Leeds. On the first floor, see the Childhood and Community galleries, have a go on our reconditioned penny slot machines and see the current temporary exhibition. The adjoining Gatehouse Cafe is Kirkstall Abbey's original gatehouse and is a wonderful setting to relax with a coffee or spot of lunch. Visit in the school holidays for themed activities, trails and creative sessions.
